Munger, Chapter 1, "Policy Analysis as a Profession and a Process: An Overview."

Consider the picture of policy analysis that emerges from these four readings and think about the following questions:

1. What do you see as the primary goal of policy analysis?
2. How is policy analysis linked to the public policy process and to politics?
3. What are the major obstacles policy analysts encounter that impede their analyses or prevent their recommendations from being adopted?

what extent your analyses reflect a good understanding of the assigned readings for this week,

whether and to what extent you answered the questions above
