Consider the picture of policy analysis that emerges from these four readings and think about the following questions:
- What do you see as the primary goal of policy analysis?
- How is policy analysis linked to the public policy process and to politics?
- What are the major obstacles policy analysts encounter that impede their analyses or prevent their recommendations from being adopted?
