How does advertising affect the ways in which we see ourselves through the media?
Compare and contrast 3-5 advertisements that are from a magazine, print, online, television and/or radio that are not the same brand and the original to discuss ways ads attempt to shape self-view and the view of the world around us. Ads that have enough in common but sufficient differences. Compare details: color, targeted audience, use (lack of) pictures, choice and placement of people and objects, txt/metaphor used, and etc.
