That can be either positive, or negative eugenics, of course!
I thought that after reading about Impaired Infants, and now reading about Eugenics, that perhaps we could
return -- in an Objective, Impartial, and Rational manner -- to the subject of some prior contention. Isn't the goal
of eliminating disease a "good" one? If generations of Huntington's carriers can be wiped out in one generation
if present carriers simply did not pass on their genes -- wouldn't that be a good thing?
