USMCA vs NAFTA

Based on the knowledge that global trade (and corresponding demand) has been and will continue to be one of the major drivers of supply chain, on October 1st, 2018, the USA, along with Mexico and Canada came to a three-country trade agreement known as the "United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement" or "USMCA". This agreement is one that was meant to replace the previous trim-country trade agreement known as the "North American Free Trade Agreement” or "NAFTA" that originated in 1994. Please review and provide a report that discusses five(5) primary points as either similarities and/or differences between both agreements. Also, please review and provide suggestions/recommendations if you were the CEO for a manufacturing supplier from: USA,Mexico and Canada, (3) respectively, each dealing with these new terms of USMCA.
