Write an essay answering two questions:
How and when did you become aware of the racial difference, what was the context of that realization, and what transitions you have gone through since your early recognition of racial differences?
Minimum 500 words: Describe your understanding of the concepts of white privilege and conferred dominance, as set out in Peggy McIntosh’s seminal essay. Select at least five of the examples of unearned white privilege and/or male conferred dominance and discuss them, including illustrative examples from your experience. (minimum of 500 words).
