Analyse the following information from the perspective of UBank. Advise the account officer of: 1. the steps that UBank should be taking to protect UBank’s position in relation to the Loans and its Commitment to Dodgy; 2. the issues that the account officer should be prepared to discuss at the meeting that the Agent has called; and 3. UBank’s position vis à vis each of Aggressive, Rapacious and Alpha in relation to UBank’s attempts to lay off its exposure to Dodgy.
