Transnational organized crime

Conduct independent research to find a landmark case of transnational organized crime (other crimes are not
admissible) which features an extradition matter. You need to identify a case with highly controversial and/or
legally challenging extradition proceedings. In your analysis of the case you are going to highlight how and why
this case stands out compared to other cases and what kind of precedent it creates.
For the preparation of the case, it is not sufficient to just use the SHERLOC database. You need to refer to
original court files (if available) and support your case with information from several sources (at least 2-4
sources are expected). You don't need to reference your sources according to the APA style in this
assignment. It will be sufficient to just hyperlink them in the text, which is a common feature of blog writing.
Please note that this is not a case brief assignment. It is an analytical blog post which should be based on
original analysis.
