You’ll develop and upload the PPT as though you were presenting it to a top management audience. Fonts need to be readable from 10’ away if on a 5×5 screen.

Use bullet points, colors, graphics, and occasional images. And yes, include APA citations and References. Refrain from long sentences.

Using the ADDIE model, design a training plan based on the findings and training outcomes revealed in your TNA.
