Training

Paraprofessional Training Package (30% of grade): The purpose of this project is to design a training package for teacher assistants, teacher aides or paraprofessionals to use in their work with students with disabilities. You must design a complete training package that a teacher assistant, teacher aide or paraprofessional may use independently to lear a new skill or teaching strategy. The training package must be professionally presented, that is, it must look professional with appropriate formatting (PowerPoint, etc.). You may choose to develop a text or manual (hard copy) or a digital or computer-based program. All material must be cited using APA 6th edition format.
