of triage include- all 5 levels- and what all is involved in the process of triaging
patients when they arrive to your facility. Also discuss the importance of triaging.
Although not everyone will one day work in the ED, the principles of triage can
be applied to every aspect of nursing. As a nurse you will constantly be deciding
who is at greatest risk and who needs to be assessed and treated first based off
report, findings and changes in patient conditions.
