"This TED talk helped me more understand the article we were reading on Monday. People live longer nowadays because of high development in culture. Today we have innovations in medicine, technology and environment that helps slow down aging and live longer. I do believe that people live longer today than in 20th century but I will argue that not in every country people live longer because culture is not developed evenly everywhere. There are so many places in the world where people have never used technology, they do not have clothes or food and every day is a fight for survival. In those low culture developed countries people do not live long, they die from starvations, from thirst, from cold or sickness.
