Now that you are in the process of implementing organizational change using the transformational leadership model, it's important to align the model with the organization itself. In doing so, the first step is to examine the alignment with the identified changes to ensure there is alignment with the vision of the organization.
Items that need to be accomplished as a group for week three:
• Review the current vision and discuss what changes need to be taken to implement transformational change. Based on this change, create and write a new vision statement.
• When creating your vision, consider who needs to be involved within the organization for the creation, and who will be involved in the creation process for this new direction.
Once completed, compose a short memo (use the Parts of a Memo guide to help you with writing and formatting) addressing the process of creating an inspiring vision using the two bullet points to help shape your conversation and process.
