The nickle boys theme

After reading The Pulitzer Prize novel in literature, The Nickel Boys written by Colson Whitehead, you will begin to compose your thoughts about this piece of Historical fiction. There are many themes in this novel, stemming from race, education or lack of, sexual predators or crimes, the law to psychological trauma and list goes on… Choose one theme and write a 2-3 page paper based on your, the student's reflection. I do not want a summary. I have read the book. What I do want is your brain spilled-out through the written word. Choose 3 scenes in the novel in order to write your paper. You can quote important parts as long as your quote is no longer then two lines, which is the MLA standard. The theme and the quotes you choose should clearly depict a premise.
