Write a brief essay that discusses the leadership structure of either branch of the legislature: The US house of representative or the US senate. Whichever branch you choose, be sure to identify the leadership structure and his or her duties and responsibilities. Additionally, identify your local (lake county, California) member of congress and discuss which committees they sit on. Also, identify one of the US senators from California and discuss which committees they sit on.
