The IRISH Defense forces

Can the incorporation of lean six sigma principles improve the distribution of Clothing within the Irish Defense Forces?
Basically, I am focusing the IRISH Defense forces and comparing it to how other Armies distribute clothing to their troops and whether the Irish Defense forces could be more efficient in how they do it. I’m going to compare to the US Army and the Italian Army.
