The Human Resources communications associate manager (ELD support) will be responsible for overseeing and executing communication strategies to drive Allstate’s employability goals and other Human Resources priorities. The individual should be an avid storyteller, marketer and steward of Allstate’s brand. The individual will sit on the newly formed Human Resources Communications and Employee Engagement team and largely support Enterprise Learning and Development’s goal to help amplify Allstate’s culture of learning through marketing and communications needs. The individual will assist in the development, implementation, and delivery of communication strategies and plans that promote Allstate’s commitment to learning and drive a culture of inclusivity at Allstate. Must enjoy working on fast-paced teams, a self-starter and the ability to lead with innovation.
Assist in designing, developing, and implementing communication strategies, and ensures solutions meet the needs of our employees
Coordinates the communication, change management and engagement campaigns for learning iniativies
Develops communications and branding for ELD that aligns with Human Resources brand and storyline
Manages the Enterprise Learning and Development communication channels including AllConnect page, newsletters, email campaigns (SendGrid), executive reports, etc. Written and visual communications.
Researches new marketing and communication strategies for the virtual world
Ability to apply creative and innovation techniques to solve problems and increase overall engagement
Analyzes and interprets data to draw conclusions to help influence go-to-market communication strategies
Manage editorial calendar, create communication audits and advise team and leaders on communication strategies
Builds effective relationships within and across the team, as well as with internal stakeholders
Familiarity with design, video, Adobe suite and other creative products is recommended
