  1. Zittrain discusses the procrastination principle. Describe the concept and why Zittrain believes it either helped or hindered the Internet’s development.
  2. What is the end-to-end principle of network design? How does this differ from the approach the proprietary networks utilized and what benefits does it provide?

    movement. Are these devices improving the human condition? If so, for whom?
  7. The ACM Code of Ethics states that computing professionals must, ”avoid harm.”
    Take a position that Stuxnet’s 1 developers complied with or violated this ideal. How does the ACM address hacking for nation-states?
