The first ergonomics standard from OSHA

On November 14, 2000, OSHA issued the first ergonomics standard. The standard went into effect on January 16, 2001.
However, in March 2001 the ergonomics standard was repealed by Congress. Fast forward to today and still, no OSHA ergonomics standard exists.

In your opinion do you think OSHA should issue a new ergonomics standard to protect workers against ergonomic hazards in the workplace?
