How does the author's argument compare with what other
historians have written on the topic(Historiography)
What primary evidence/sources does the author use to
back up his argument. Was the author successful in proving his thesis?
a. Describe in detail specific measures that organizations and managers can implement to minimize the problems of the Abilene Paradox (please be creative and think outside of the box!).
b. Most organizations rely nowadays on multicultural teams and often on virtual global teams. Which specific characteristics of these kinds of teams do you think make the Abilene Paradox-related problems more pressing and how can managers attenuate them?

NOTE 2: Remember that the evaluation of the assignment is based on the solid reasoning of your arguments and the quality of references and examples. Formatting quality and visual clarity, also have a critical relevance! Any referencing style is fine as long as it is consistent throughout the questions and the assignments (APA, Harvard, etc), but it must include both in-text citations and also in the bibliography. While you can briefly draw on your personal experience, it is necessary to show you did your research on the topics.
NOTE 3: Remember to include a cover page with your name(s), surname(s), subject, section and any other relevant information and bring a printed copy of the assignments on the final day of class (unless the instructor says otherwise in class, for instance if an extended submission by email is allowed for exceptional circumstances). Please print on both sides of the paper but start each assignment in a new page and staple them altogether in a single document.
