The Foreward and introduction to, "Will the Fourth Industrial Revolution Bring about a Wonderful World?" in

2 of the reader also examine our history and how technological tools and artifacts shaped, improved, but also
complicated our lives. The lecture on Theories provides information on the framework we have for
understanding technology's impact on our lives through the theories of social constructionism and
technological determinism.
