Use relevant academic theory to write a reflective essay that examines this critical event, from the perspective of your individual role and contribution as part of

your team or group, identifying any potential areas for your personal development

(You may wish to consider models of team behaviour, maintenance and task behaviour or leadership)

Refer to the hand-out that you were given on Reflective Writing

Note that a critical reflective essay is not just a description of an event

A critical event may be something that happened on the residential weekend itself or as part of the process of preparing your first piece of assessment (portfolio)
This critical event may be positive or negative
Assessment Criteria:
1.    Identify and apply theoretical links to your experience
2.    An ability to identify potential areas for your personal development
3.    Written in a reflective essay format that is appropriately presented and referenced using the Harvard referencing system
