Systems Implementation

A​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​ Systems Implementation plan will be your last deliverable in System Design Management. Systems implementation will consist of using the deliverables within the previous 3 assignments to develop a plan for actually implementing the system’s design. In assignment 4, you will develop the system implementation plan which establishes how the system design will be implemented. Specifically, the implementation plan must address the application development and testing methodologies that will be used and how Actors identified in your use-case model will receive system documentation, online help, or training. Lastly, the implementation plan must identify the process for system changeover. Systems Implementation Requirements: The project plan completed in Assignment 1 will be updated during all four (4) assignments. Develop systems implementation plan – include a description of the development methodology used to develop the system and an explanation for using the ch​‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍​osen methodology. Also include a description of the testing methodologies used throughout the development process and an explanation for using the chosen testing methodology. Identify the process for assisting or training (e.g., search, online help, contact us) each user of the system. Identify and explain the process that will be used to bring the new system online and changeover from any existing systems.
