Systematic Evaluation and Data

Systematic evaluation is based on a very detailed plan. For educational programs, evaluation at all levels are included with descriptions and examples of how all the elements flow from each other and align. According to McCoy & Anema (2012), the following are essential elements of a systematic program evaluation plan: •Mission and governance of the institution. •Institutional organizational administration policies. •Faculty/teachers. •Learners. Curriculum and instruction. •Resources. •utcomesieducational effectiveness. •Learner academic achievement.
