System of Evaluating Work Performance

 

1.In the text that is attached 216-222, select the system of evaluating performance that an employer uses United Postal Services (UPS).
2.Defend how this system is an accurate appraisal of your work and how the system can be unfair or inaccurate.
3.Who conducts the appraisal? Supervisor conducts appraisal.
4.What is the frequency and duration? Make duration yearly.
5.Using pages 222 – 226, give an example of 2 factors that have distorted your appraisal. Use 2 academic articles that prove your viewpoint. They must be peer reviewed articles. Well know sources.
