SWOT analysis

Order Description

SWOT Analysis. Each student will complete a SWOT analysis of their assigned organization in Hillsboro. Your SWOT analysis should not exceed eight pages, double spaced, 12 point font (including tables, graphs and charts). Your SWOT needs to be sufficiently comprehensive and robust to assess the organization’s internal environment from marketing, financial, human resources, community health, operational and strategic perspective as well as the external environment. Be sensitive to the organization’s world. Although consultation with classmates is allowed, each student must produce individual independent work. Please remember that plagiarized work is grounds for failing this course.

You will be doing the analysis only on Mddleboro Hospital/community in the same book I provided (The case book). Please use the power points I’m providing and the strategic management book to right a proper SWOT analysis. Make sure you don’t jump into solutions so early while analyzing the case. It has to be mostly as the guild lines for SWOT analysis. Also in the end of the analysis, make sure you prioritize the main points.
