Sustainable building construction

In the light of sustainable building construction, you are asked to prepare a report as a group following the below structure provided, about one climate zone thermal condition designated to each student. For this, you are asked to find a building on selected country according to the climate zone and search about the following:
Worm climate: California

1. Introduction of the research (1 page)
   What is about/intention of your research and its purpose.
2. The climate zone thermal condition (3pages)
   Description and characterization of the weather condition, for example, outdoor temperature (minimum, maximum, averages), relative humidity, wind speed, rain, etc.
3. Building design strategies (10pages)
   On the selected building, search about how architects and the engineering teams have solved the issues of reducing the energy demand for cooling & heating (depending on your designated climate zone thermal condition), and how this was confirmed by building design strategies. You can include all passive design strategies. On this section also include architect(s), engineering teams, year of construction, and location.
4. Discussion and conclusions (1page)
   Discuss what have found relevant about the researched project and its relevance with the climate zone thermal condition.
