Styles of leadership

Attend an open meeting of a governmental body, campus organization, task force, board of regents, or other on‑going group and observe the style of leadership. Then in three to five paragraphs share with us what what observed, and whether they think the leadership is appropriate for the needs of the group. What would you recommend to improve the leadership?
