Column B: Study Purpose: Discuss the purpose of the study. Cite specific evidence from the study.
Column C: Participants: Answer question and split up information by participant. For example: Participant 1: Age 3 years 2 months, Male, Autism, Pacific
Islander).
Column D: Setting and Materials: Complete based on information in the study.
