-Clinical Exemplar: Exemplars are stories that reflect your practice. They often demonstrate the level of critical thinking, advocacy and evidence based practice of the nurse.
-Guidelines: Write a story about a specific patient situation. Think about an event or incident in which you learned something you feel you made a difference and/or was demanding. Write the exemplar in first person, in past tense as if you were telling a story. Please include concerns, feelings, thoughts, and your decision making process in the situation. (Please write situation from a nursing student experience as I am a new grad rn with no previous work experience, only clinical rotation experience. Also please write story that shows critical thinking skills).
