  Starbucks' impact on the U.S. economy. This research paper with discuss the impact Starbucks has had on the U.S. economy. Examples of the Starbucks’ indirect and induced impacts will be discussed in detail. The paper with identify and explain why Starbucks joined alliances with other firms to expand the distribution of their coffee brand. Arguments will be presented on why this was in the best interest of Starbucks to form these alliances to gain the competitive advantage. Lastly, this paper will focus on the economic contribution to value added to the Starbucks brand. Papers should be research projects using a minimum of ten research quality sources. Your paper should be written on a subject that requires scholarly inquiry and substantiation of a thesis and/or support of an argument or proposition. It should not be a purely descriptive effort.
