Sports and exercises are crucial for our physical and mental well-being. Currently, we are living in dangerous times in which people consume fast foods with little exercise. Diseases like Cancer, High Blood Pressure (HBD) and Diabetes among others are on the rises. Sports like football, running or working in the gym helps to clean our blood and remove excess fats from our bodies. An exercise also helps us get rid of mental health challenges such as depression, stress and anxiety. They help to bring mental relaxation to our bodies and keep us calm. On the other hand, little participation in sports has created sports phobia. Sports phobia is killing the culture and sports passion.
