Solving global problems.

Anne-Marie Slaughter offers up the idea of government networks between disaggregated states as a new framework for solving global problems. Does this ameliorate the “trilemma of globalization” by offering an in-between solution? Or does it merely reinforce populist suspicion of elites by exacerbating the degree to which political problems are increasingly solved by unelected bureaucrats?
