What is the concern or issue or hypothesis that the HR paper will study?
c. Background/ history of the issue.
What is the historical context of the subject/topic of the HR paper? What led up to the issue being significant?
What is being said of this top? What do Professional say and think? What already exists about this topic. What
have you found?
d. Review of the academic research.
What has the research on this issue described/produced? What is the analysis of experts on this HR subject
area? What have the researchers written about/themes in the academic journals about this HR topic?
e. Findings and analysis.
After reviewing all of the research and articles, what are the primary facts and results of the paper you
researched? What is the analysis of the HR experts? How have you synthesized this paper?
f. Conclusions and Recommendations.
What have you concluded from your research and study of the HR topic? What are your individual opinions of
the research and your study of the issue? What is your specific recommendation about the issue and how it
should be addressed? What are some of your recommendations? What do you think now that you are an HR
specialist?
