Role Transition and Transition Theory

There are many theories of transitional stages, however, Schlossberg's is perhaps the best known. Think about your current work environment and:
1.Provide an example either positive or negative that you experienced within that environment and explain how the Schlossberg's Transition Theory will/did help you in better understanding the issue.
2.Do you think this theory will help you transition from your current role of RN to your new role of NP? Yes or No, and briefly explain why.
