Synopsis Paper – 1 (ANOVA related)

Consistency among all parts of papers is quite important and both papers should be well structured & understandable.

Note: Please extract important information regarding these topics out from the thesis. I will recommend writing all information in quite smart & precise way.

Abstract: You can write a good abstract at the end taking all information from the thesis.

(Suggestion: write approx. 200 -300 words)

Introduction: You can take all the information from my thesis e.g. aerosols importance (short & precise), limited understanding about aerosols (short & precise), aerosols micro-physics (short & precise), natural and anthropogenic aerosols (short & precise), existed literature about the aerosols (literature review – short & precise), write something about decadal climate prediction of aerosol (see the introduction part of my thesis- short & precise), Why decadal climate prediction is important for the project, I am working in i.e. MiKlip, ANOVA for the data analysis (short & precise), the importance of the ANOVA in modern sciences (short & precise), why I think ANOVA is more suitable for my problem (please see Chapter -4 of my thesis i.e. Statistical methodologies).

(Suggestion: write approx. 500 -700 words)

Experiment design: You can write about the model (short & precise), write about where I was getting the data (short & precise). Here, I will suggest you to make new elegant tables (if necessary) otherwise put all information of tables in text (if necessary). However, all the information here should be short & precise. Write about the experiment design (in more precise & clear way). Here, I will suggest you to make a new table with an elegant way & explain that table as I did in my thesis. Please try to make an ease about understanding of experiment design for the reader especially when you writer about no-aerosol, aerosol, HAM-dir and HAM-full and ensembles

(Suggestion: write approx. 700 -1000 words)

Model validation: Here, please use the results/figures (global & zonal mean) of atmospheric radiative energy balance (AREB), write about water balance (short & precise), describe and include the figure of water balance. In this section, I will recommend you to include only three figures i.e. AREB global, water balance and AREB zonal mean.

(Suggestion: write approx. 500 words)

Statistical methodology: you can write about ensembles generation, why ensembles are important (short & precise), ensemble techniques (short & precise) and you can only include the information about the analysis of variances (ANOVA) both one-way and two-way. I will suggest you to please use some elegant way to re-write the equations.

(Suggestion: write approx. 500 words)

Results: Please include only the results of two-way ANOVA. Divide this section into four main parts i.e. AREB, temperature, velocity potential and stream function. You can combine the results of AREB (combine Figures 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6 of thesis into one plot), temperature (include only Figure 5.19) and explain the whole process and figure too. For the velocity potential (include only Figure 5.35) and explain why it is important and what is its connection with AREB and temperature (short & precise). For the stream function use Figure 5.48 and explain it.

(Suggestion: write approx. 1000 -1500 words)

Conclusion: Please establish a very good connection here from start to the end of the results.

(Suggestion: write approx. 700 -1000 words)

References: Please arrange all the references in a good way.

Synopsis Paper – 2 (Correlation-Coefficient related)

Consistency among all parts of papers is quite important and both papers should be well structured & understandable.

Note: Please extract important information regarding these topics out from the thesis. I will recommend writing all information in quite smart & precise way.

Abstract: You can write a good abstract at the end taking all information from the thesis.

(Suggestion: write approx. 200 -300 words)

Introduction: All information about aerosol is same as in paper-1 BUT write it in different way and different vocabulary, about the climate prediction using Correlation coefficient (short & precise), I analyzed a statistical signal using ANOVA, therefore, it is important now to check the credibility of that signal using correlation coefficient that if this signal persist further for the climate forecast of aerosol or SST variability.

(Suggestion: write approx. 300 -500 words)

Experiment design: You can write approximately similar information here as you will do for paper-1 but in different way and new vocabulary.

(Suggestion: write approx. 200 -300 words)

Statistical methodology: you can write about ensembles generation and ensemble techniques as you will do for paper-1. You can only include the information about the correlation-coefficient. I will suggest you to please use some elegant way to re-write the equations.

(Suggestion: write approx. 300 words)

Results: You can start from the temperature Figure 5.19 explain it a bit and the whole process again in new different way. Now make a link with the results of Correlation coefficient i.e. Physical reasoning of ANOVA (result part). You can see here that the aerosol variability does not have strong signal for the climate forecasting. However, with the current experiment setup, the SST variability decadal climate prediction is possible.

(Suggestion: write approx. 500 words)

Conclusion: Please establish a very good connection here from start to the end of the results.

(Suggestion: write approx. 300 -400 words)

References: Please arrange all the references in a good way.
