Topic: Revenue Proposal Order Description Proposals for Revenue Two proposals to generate more revenue for your city are under consideration. You have been tasked to review both proposals and recommend which proposal to implement in the near future. The two proposals (London Congestion Charge and Charging for Firefighting) can be found on pages 561 – 566 in your textbook. For each proposal: •Identify the source(s) of revenue and how the income will support the program •Identify the revenue estimating techniques to determine amount of revenue for each program •Determine the public’s response •Determine alternative implementations After you’ve evaluated each of the two proposals, make a recommendation on which program your city should implement. Explain why you chose one proposal over the other.
