Responding to Interpersonal Challenges

In approximately 300 words identify:
at least 3 interpersonal challenges that might occur in your particular placement setting (e.g. retail store,
school, commercial gym) and generally (most workplaces);
what strategies you could employ to help you manage these types of challenges (include some of the
strategies discussed and researched in the Interpersonal Communication workshop);
and at least 2 interpersonal skills that you feel you need to develop in order to help you manage the
interpersonal aspects of workplace settings.
