For each paper you are to do the following:
1) Select one concept (theory, research finding, idea, video clip, discussion, term etc.) that we have studied this semester that you found particularly interesting.
2) Discuss the concept.
3) Indicate why you found this idea interesting.
4) Select something from popular culture (movies, television shows, YouTube clips, songs, music videos, news stories, etc.) or something that you have studied in another class that relates to the concept you have selected and discuss how the concept applies or relates to what you have selected.
Your first question—how long do the papers have to be?
My answer—be complete, be interesting, surprise me with what you have selected. Should be at least a page single spaced using Times New Roman Type—size 12 font—1 inch margins—get real—do what you think is a good job! I would rather see a creative 1 page double spaced paper, than a prosaic 3 page single spaced paper.
