Analyse and document your chosen service described in Part A with respect to its current position s within the four stages of service firm competitiveness (Fitzsimmons & Fitzsimmons, 2014, p. 50). (4 marks)
From this analysis, explain and justify the steps that you would take to improve the service (i.e., move this service’s level of competitiveness to the next stage). (4 marks)
