Produce 4.3 Unit Assignment: Reflection Journal via a UniSA discussion forum. Video is due to be uploaded by the end of week 7 ie. 29 April 2018 at 11pm. Students will then respond to questions, in week 8, as posed to them in the online forum.

VIDEO CONTENT: If you choose to make a 3’ video, this can use a number of elements including yourself talking to the camera. Your voice must be audible, should you choose not to present yourself to camera.

Your video may use relevant clips from movies/designs/artwork/photographs etc. and could even include things like interview grabs of the featured person.

Avoid a montage of your favourite action clips from your favourite film director. It must be a video essay/presentation that addresses all of the criteria of the assignment and underpins your principal analysis.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE

• All students have access to Adobe Audition CC and Adobe Premiere Pro CC.

• All students will take questions from fellow students, and all students will be required to read another student’s paper and frame a suitable question. Both components are assessable.

You should also aim to incorporate any information slides/materials for the video.

There are no restrictions as to the technology/application you use to make the video. It can also use clips from movies or stills showing designs, artwork, displays, etc. It could, for instance, include a very short grab from an interview of the featured person. Avoid a montage of your favourite video moments of your chosen professional (eg. if you select a film director). It must be a video essay/presentation that addresses all of the criteria of the assignment and underpins your principal position(s).

You will be assessed against that criteria, and your ability to convey your argument using the medium of video. It is not a short film festival where you are being judged on cinematography, editing, art direction etc!
