Reflection

This is a 1-2 page reflection of your role and the role that others in your group presentation have played. In your reflection, you should specifically discuss the small group roles that are outlined in your book (pages 228-232). Specifically, you should:
Identify the Task role that you have played in this group. (Provide specific examples.) Would you have taken on this role in an in-person class setting? Why or why not?
Identify the Relational role that you have played in this group. (Provide specific examples.) Are relational roles important in an online class setting? Do you think they are more or less important in person?
Discuss the Individual roles present in your group. Did any member of your group (including yourself) enact one of these roles? How did it affect the outcome of your project?
This paper should include an introduction and conclusion, and demonstrate that you understand the function of different group members in the context of communication theory. You must use the proper group role terminology from Chapter 10 in your text.
