- Do some online research and find at least two sources to help prove what you think about the problem and its extent.
- Write a three to five page essay that: 1. Defines the problem, explains its extent, and uses facts to back up all that. 2. Make some practical suggestions about how you think this problem might be solved in the near future.
Your paper should be double-spaced, in 12 point Times New Roman font, with standard margins.
