Based on your exploration of the Alameda County Public Health Department’s "What is the City-County Neighborhood Initiative (CCNI)?" website, discuss how local agencies empowering communities can contribute to the planning process in public health. Comment on whether you think this local initiative in a metropolitan area of California has relevance to application on the global scene.
