Psycholinguistics

Choose ONE component of the “speech chain” (e.g., perception, comprehension, the lexicon, parsing, production) and use evidence from empirical research and theoretical models which address EITHER developmental properties of language, OR the linguistic behaviour of ‘normal’ healthy adults (i.e. not disordered individuals), in order to describe and analyse the structure and function of your chosen aspect of the speech chain.
