Create an expanded executive summary for the attached Project Charter, Project Scope, Tasks List documents. The executive summary provides an overview of the project facts and should accomplish the following:
1.Describe the background of the project and the details of how it was initiated.
2.Describe the business objectives for the project.
3.Describe the project scope.
4.Analyze the project to identify all milestones and determine deliverables.
5.Determine risks and a communication plan for stakeholders.

As this is a mock project it is acceptable to utilize a modicum of literary license. However, you must stay true to current theories, models and practices of Project Management.
