Evaluate your ability to define the scope and create a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project that you select. You will take the role of the project manager. Here are the requirements: ● Select a project that you would like to launch. This initiative should be a work-related project, such as the following: (1) creating a policy book for your organization or department, (2) opening a new office or market, (3) training staff members for the launch of a new product or service, (4) building an ecommerce site, (5) creating or enhancing an application or system, (6) launching a marketing campaign for an organization, (7) preparing for a major event, (8) building a new facility or structure, and so on.
