Question 1. Look at a business letter that you have received at work or at home. Consider the nonverbal messages surrounding the message. Do they support the verbal message or not? If not, what could the sender have done to ensure that the verbal and nonverbal messages matched?

Question 2. Assume that you lead a team of eight who are tasked with completing the company’s annual report. There are many disagreements on how the report should be formatted. Some people want to use the old format while others want to create a new type of report. Discuss how you would use the information you learned in this unit to guide this team to successful completion of the project.
