Predictive Office Memo

For this assignment, you will be drafting a Predictive Office Memo that will remain internal and will explain the
law and likely outcome of the hypothetical fact pattern or question that was provided to you for the Case Briefs
assignment. Thus, the memo that you will draft will continue with the same question with which you have
already been working and will objectively assess the situation. Remember, the purpose of this memo is to be
objective; it is not to try to persuade the reader.
Follow the format that has been included in your textbook. This includes the headings and sections. The text
needs to be single-spaced, and the font must be 12-point Times New Roman. Page numbers are to be placed
at the bottom of each page. One-inch margins must be set for the entire document. Remember, this document
must be 2–3 pages.
