We need to answers to question e & f. we picked Standard Care as a service but we need to get budgeting
method because this case does not have much info, so we need to make it up. for example, this case tells us
the patients are pretty sick and Carson Manor charges a high price which budget method would you implement
to drive down the cost of beds. maybe procure from a different supplier for medical equipment? that could be a
procurement budgeting Method.
