For weeks 1-4, you will focus on developing sections a through e. A Project Plan is a step-by-step description
of exactly how project implementation will occur. When developing the description of the project design,
consider the following questions: What design will be used? Justify the design choice. Who will data be
collected from (if applicable)? What variables will be looked at (if applicable)? What is the overall purpose of
project implementation (e.g. development of a best practice protocol)? Will data analysis be run? If so, what
tests will be used and how will they examine the variables? The population of interest should be clearly
defined with inclusion and exclusion criteria and justification should be provided. The setting should be
clearly defined and congruent with identified criteria and justification should be provided. Permission from

section should include evaluation tools with appropriate steps taken for validation. Tools already validated
and reliable with associated psychometrics can also be used. This section also includes any presentation
materials or tools. The data collection procedures should describe the procedure for collecting data once
recruitment has been done. Attention should be paid to privacy and confidentiality issues. Please see the
